  • 3D Printing (MSLA)

    By using state-of-the-art high resolution MSLA printers, Nexfaria prints can achieve a precision of 0.00125mm in the Z axis with a layer height of 0.01-0.2mm and a resolution of 0.035mm in the X and Y axis.

    Choose between a wide selection of resins: Standard (Elegoo ABS-Like 3.0), Flexible Transparent (Siraya Tech Tenacious Clear), Elastic Bio-Compatible Transparent (3DMaterials SuperElastic), Combined (Estándar + Flexible), Other/Special (on request).

    Masked Stereolithography Apparatus or MSLA printing allows for extremely high detail accuracy and faster printing times compared to Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) 3D Printers.

  • Laser Cutting and Engraving

    Our 20W diode laser cutter has a base working area of 60.93cm (23.93in) by 38.50cm (15.16cm) and an extended working area of 47cm (18.5in) by 300cm (118.11in). It is also capable of engraving on curved surfaces and cylinders.

    It is capable of working with the following materials:

    Cutting and Engraving: MDF, triplay, boards, cardboard, opaque acrylic, vinyl, leather, foamboard.

    Only engraving: Transparent acrylic, crystal, steel, marble, stone.

  • Mold Creation & Casting

    Whether you are planning on expediting your production process or just want to make a proof of concept, having an original mold can help you mass produce multiple copies of your original product.

    Materials available: Silicone rubber, Resin and Latex.

    FDM or Fused Deposition Modeling 3D Printers, work by extruding thermoplastic filaments through a heated nozzle layer by layer. While less precise than MSLA printers in terms of details, FDM 3D printers are well-suited for bigger sized parts and basic proof-of-concept models with lower-cost materials.

FAQs

  • Just head to the “Quotation” section via the top button on the main page or via the the header of every page and submit the file you want to print alongside the desired measurements and any special considerations that your project might have. You will then receive a quotation for that print via the mail provided and the confirmation step if You wish to proceed to printing and paying.

  • When requesting a 3D print from Nexfaria, you can choose to submit your file in either of the following formats: .stl, .ctb, .obj, .blend or .fbx.

    Additional formats might be supported but not guaranteed.

    • Clean topology (no overlapping meshes or floating islands).

    • No flat textures or PBR materials needed (remember, standard 3D printers does not print color, so you don’t have to worry about texturing and UV mapping 3D models meant for printing).

    • Joined and separate pieces clearly defined (any set of pieces meant to print as one should already be joined into a clean mesh, while pieces meant to be printed separately should be moved away from each other to avoid fusing during the printing process).

    • No flat planes (everything mesh meant to be printed should have a volume or “thickness”, otherwise it might be ignored by the printer)

    • Avoid extra meshes (provide only the desired mesh meant for printing and avoid sending entire scenes; anything in the sent file, except annotations, will be printed)

  • For now we are only accepting digital transfers, but more options will be available soon.

  • Once the quotation for your print is accepted, you will be asked to provide a delivery address in which your product will be dropped. For addresses within Mérida, Yucatán there will be no delivery fee. Delivery fees for addresses outside of Mérida, Yucatán will vary depending on the location, which is why we recommend that you specify at least a rough location in the first place on the quotation request, so that your response already comes with the overall price and to speed up the process.
